Beyond “Vibe Coding”: Building a Human-Centered and Controllable AI Development Process
The casual nature of “Vibe Coding” often falls short of the rigor required in enterprise-grade software development. This talk presents a pragmatic engineering approach centered on positioning developers as the ultimate accountable entities in the project lifecycle. Through concrete case studies, it will demonstrate how to build precise context, prompts, and project knowledge graphs to enhance quality and efficiency. The session will further showcase how **custom agents**, **workflow orchestration**, and **domain-specific tooling systems** can be integrated to form a controllable AI-driven development process that combines capability extension with behavioral supervision. This systematic approach effectively mitigates large-model hallucinations, ensuring software delivery that is controllable, predictable, and efficiently executed.
