Sharing Practical Applications of Compilation Technology in the AI Software Stack
Driven by the dual forces of large models and domestic AI chip development, China’s AI chip software ecosystem is facing new challenges and opportunities. Compilation technology has emerged as a key solution, serving as a crucial bridge between AI chips and application deployment. It enables the realization of generalized, high-performance, and cost-efficient computing power. This talk will combine academic and industrial perspectives to share insights on how to fully unleash the potential of AI chips, achieve high-performance adaptation of AI applications across heterogeneous hardware platforms, bridge ecosystem gaps, and build a fully autonomous and controllable software-hardware computing foundation. **Outline:** 1. The demand for on-premise deployment 2. Challenges and current status of AI infrastructure 3. **SigInfer:** A compiler-centric high-performance AI inference engine 4. **AI for Compiler:** AI-based compiler automation 5. Future directions for AI software stack development
